Most items are in stock and ship lightning fast! However, some gear requires a bit of boot camp prep (3-7 days) before it heads out.
Heads up! Peak seasons and epic sales can affect processing times. We'll keep you updated on your order's status throughout its mission.
Need your gear for a specific op? Contact us to choose the right shipping method for you and ensure what you need is ready to deploy immediately.
We ship with USPS! Delivery times after production vary depending on your location and chosen service (think of it as choosing your infiltration route!):

International Attention: You're responsible for any VAT, duties, or customs fees.
Once your package hits the carrier (USPS), it's out of our hands. For delays, tracking, delivery issues, or lost packages, contact USPS directly. For damages or losses, file a claim with the carrier.

Return & Exchange Process
At G.I. Freedom Front, we stand by our fellow patriots with unwavering commitment. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right – the American way.

We'll promptly provide a prepaid return shipping label, ensuring your return is handled with ease.

Once we receive your return, allow 5-10 days for your exchange to be processed and shipped with the utmost care and precision.

For refunds, we'll process your request within 24 hours, and your bank will reflect the credit in due course.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
As custom orders are tailored specifically to your patriotic vision, they are not eligible for refund or exchange. We take pride in our collaborative design process and only proceed with production after your approval.
Sale and Discontinued Items
To ensure our inventory remains fresh and in line with the latest patriotic trends, we do not accept exchanges or issue refunds on sale or discontinued items.
